Online Coaching and Training
Through my years of experience in human resources I have gotten to know many people in various career stages. One thing I’ve observed is everyone faces challenges. I know what this is like, especially living and working in a foreign country.
Another thing I’ve observed is some respond to challenges more productively than others, and as a result, grow and develop personally.
With my background as an organizational psychologist, I want to help you uncover the opportunities hidden in adversity. We’ll work together, so that you can be more confident, resilient, and empowered to reach your goals. To do this I offer both coachings and trainings!
Investment
One session lasts 60 minutes. You can schedule single sessions or book a package of 5 or 10 sessions.
Completing a program generally takes 10 to 15 sessions, depending on what you would like to work on.

How a Coaching Session is Usually Structured
1. You describe what you would like to work on.
2. We agree on the goals for the session.
3. I accompany you on a journey of discovery.
4. You reinforce your insights by committing to action and completing a task we agree on.
5. We establish mechanisms for accountability.
6. We reflect on the lessons learned.
7. You give feedback on the session and we make necessary adjustments.
Training
Training focuses more on knowledge transfer. With training the goal is to enhace your level of proficiency in certain skills in order to achieve better results. Examples of areas I can support you in include:
